Customer Review: Great Machine!!!
After seeing all the negativity about Pro-form, I hestitated to purchase this machine. However, since none of these reviews were specific to the Crossover, I went ahead with it. I finished assembly today. It was a breeze to put together, I just needed a little help lifting in a few places (it weighs over 200lbs). I’ve used the machine and it is super sturdy and high quality. Don’t hesitate to purchase!!!
Customer Review: Broken Prduct — Terrible Customer Service!
We purchased a Proform elliptical several months ago… it took hours to assemble and then clearly had defective parts. It has been months of calls and complaints and the product is still not working (and we can’t say the Proform people seem to really care)… avoid this company at all costs!
